Early Release & Afterschool Activities Canceled Due to Weather
Dear Fruitland Families,
Due to worsening weather conditions, all schools in the Fruitland School District will have an early release today:
Elementary & Middle School: 1:15 PM
High School: 1:45 PM
Additionally, all afterschool activities, including athletics, are canceled for the day.
Please plan accordingly for student pickup and transportation. Safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

The Grizzly Corridor (7233 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Fruitland) will continue Summer Hours (Mondays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm) through August 12th.
Regular days and hours will resume on August 19th (10:00 am to 5:00 pm).
July 30th and 31st hours are for Fruitland School Uniforms and school supplies ONLY!
Donations may be dropped off on the back porch of the Corridor.

The Grizzly Corridor will be open its regular hours of Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM until Wednesday, May 22nd. The Corridor will be closed the week of May 27th.
Starting June 3rd, the Grizzly Corridor will be open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM every Monday through the month of July. All items available are FREE!
Donations will continue to be accepted, and can be dropped off on the back porch of the Corridor throughout the summer.

The Fruitland School District Board of Trustees Selects Next Superintendent to Lead the District
In March, the Fruitland School District Board of Trustees selected Stoney Winston as the next Superintendent at its Regular School Board Meeting. Stoney Winston will replace Superintendent Lyle Bayley, who retires at the end of June.

Hello! It's time for conferences.
Parent-teacher conferences will be on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Times will be the same for all schools:
Wednesday- 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday- 4:00-7:30 p.m.

The School Board Meeting scheduled for tonight will be starting at 6 pm, NOT 5 pm.

On Monday, February 19, 2024, the Fruitland School District office and schools will be closed in honor of Presidents Day.

Bus 2 is late getting students home due to mechanical issues. If you have any questions, contact the transportation department. 208-452-3118

Due to continued hazardous road conditions, we will be canceling all classes in the Fruitland School District tomorrow, January 18th. The roadways have been evaluated
for safe travel this evening and they remain hazardous. We plan to resume classes on Monday, January 22nd at regular time. If additional closures are needed, we will send another notice at that time.
