    • Senior ads can include additional pictures of your senior beyond the cap & gown pics taken at the school.

  • 1/15/25 - Cap & Gown Picture Retakes

  • 3/15 – Scholarship deadline for many scholarships

  • 3/19 - Dollars for Scholars Information Meeting @ 10 am -Noon in the Library

    • Attend if you want help with setting up your profile

  • 4/11 – Senior Project Presentations

  • 4/19 - Jr/Sr Prom

  • 4/18 -5/11 - Senior Parking Spots - Scraped and painted

    • If you do NOT sign-up and complete the clean-up of your spot on these dates and complete the Google form, you automatically forfeit your deposit.

  • 5/5 - ALL library books must be turned in

  • 5/13 Last day to turn in Attendance Petitions, 4 pm

  • 5/14 - Cap & Gown Pickup -Noon to 1:00

  • 5/14- Senior Award Assembly @ 10:15 am (See full sched below)

  • 5/15 – REGULAR SCHEDULE - Attendance REQUIRED (Teachers MAY give attendance finals on this day, but this is NOT an optional attendance day)

  • 5/15 – Petitions / Chromebooks / Library Books / Text Books MUST be turned in

  • 5/15 - All fees and fines must be paid by this date in order to participate in graduation activities

  • 5/15 - Senior Sunset @ 7:00pm - 11:00 East of the tennis courts

Cap & Gown Information

Idaho Recognition Products

FHS uses Idaho Recognition Products (idgrad.com) for all graduation gear.  All products are ordered and paid for directly through that company from their website or mail in order form. 

Representatives from Idaho Recognition will come to the school and meet with all seniors in their Government class on 10/10.  Parents will be emailed a link in October from Direct Grad (sales@directgrad.com) with students ID to login and order.  Please take note of the following dates:

  • Cap & Gown orders are due December 15th!

  • Cap and Gown orders will be delivered on May 14th during lunch.

Important Dates & Information for Seniors

Students enrolled in classes outside of FHS (i.e., IDLA, BYU, TVCC, BSU, etc) must be completed in time to provide FHS with an official copy of his/her transcript no later than Thursday, May 15th.  Extensions will not be granted. Students who do not turn in an official transcript by this deadline will not be eligible to participate in graduation activities.  It is the student’s responsibility to communicate to the outside institution when course(s) must be completed to meet the deadline.

Balloons and noisemakers are NOT allowed.
Decorating or otherwise altering a cap or gown is strictly prohibited.

Fees, Fines, and Returns

  • All Chromebooks (including chargers/cords) must be returned and fines paid before May 15.

  • All library books must be returned (May 5) and fines paid before May 15.

  • All Textbooks must be returned and fines paid before May 15.

  • Athletic uniforms, equipment, etc.. must be returned by May 15. (If participating in State events after that date, all uniforms/equipment must be returned to the head coach immediately following the last competition or no later than May 15).

  • All fees and fines must be paid in full before May 15  in order to participate in graduation activities.
