Fruitland School District is pleased to announce Mrs. Maureen Seidel as the new Principal of Fruitland Elementary School.
Mrs. Seidel brings more than 20 years of educational experience to her new role. She began her career as a kindergarten and first-grade teacher in the Nampa and West Ada School Districts, where she served from 2003 to 2015. She then worked as a Title I teacher in Middleton from 2015 to 2017 before joining Northwest Nazarene University as an Assistant Professor, supporting schools and professional development initiatives from 2017 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, she served as a Data Coach in the Payette School District.
Most recently, Mrs. Seidel has served as the Vice Principal at Fruitland Middle School since 2022, where she has demonstrated a strong commitment to student success, staff collaboration, and positive school culture.
